Role & responsibilities

Key Expectations/Activities: (Product BI role)

Eligibility:

a. Monthly Offroll Incentive Calculation

b. Automation of Calculations

c. SIDBI Portfolio management / Query Resolution

d. CREM / Hierarchy Seat Budgets, tools / Updates, Query Resolution

e. Earners Insights to improve SOP programs and team performance

a. Management or Graduate with Finance and technology background preferred

b. Understanding of Incentive calculation / payout / Query resolution

c. 2 to 5 years of work experience in same field

d. Well Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel majorly

e. Eager to learn and work with various teams in the segment

f. Positive verbal and written communication skills
