We need Commi 1 & Commi 2 (Momo & Dim Sum) ( Continental) pan Asian skilled chef who prepares fillings, rolls & folds dumplings, operates steamers or fryers, and manages the Asian-specialty station under a CDP.
Only Mumbai candidates are preferred
Required Candidate profile
2 to 5 years of kitchen experience specializing in Asian, Chinese, or dim sum/momo production
Solid knife skills, mastery of dough handling and folding techniques, and basic knowledge of food safety.
