Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to handle commissioning, installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair and customer support for spreader equipment and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out commissioning and installation of newly delivered spreaders.
- Attend to spreader warranty repair and service requirements.
- Provide technical assistance for installation and troubleshooting of equipment and components.
- Conduct site inspections based on customer requirements.
- Identify potential repair/upgrade opportunities and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
- Handle preventive and reactive service calls.
- Undertake servicing and repair of products and systems as per customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of job progress, delays, issues, changes and service activities.
- Prepare service reports highlighting activities completed, faults identified and future recommendations.




- Provide technical training to customers on product knowledge, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Cargo Management Industry.
- Strong technical and service knowledge.
- PLC software programming knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Strong documentation and execution skills.
- Positive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with good initiative.
- Knowledge of EHS requirements.
