Role Overview

- Kennect is looking for a Finance and Accounts Executive to support the end-to-end finance and accounting operations at Kennect, including accounting, invoicing, receivables, payables, compliance coordination, and financial reporting.
- Kennect.io is a high-growth SaaS startup working with global enterprises to drive sales behaviours through incentive plans and bring transparency to the entire process.
- Having achieved product-market fit, we are expanding rapidly and building a strong finance function to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales invoices, receipts, and expense/payment records in Zoho Books.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and support financial statement preparation.
- Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, ITR, PF, PT, and audit compliances.
- Manage Accounts Receivable follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
- Ensure timely Accounts Payable and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with clients for Purchase Orders, agreements, renewals, and invoice-related queries.
- Verify invoice calculations and ensure 100% accuracy in invoices processed.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.

Preferred Background

- 1 year experience in bookkeeping, tax compliance,



audit support, or financial statement preparation.
- Experience in a finance and accounts role in a startup, SaaS, technology, or corporate environment will be an advantage.
- Exposure to accounting software such as Zoho Books is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.

Qualifications

- B.Com / Graduate in Commerce.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and good at time management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
