Manage overall plant operations across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR & Labour.
Drive Total Productive Maintenance initiatives to improve machine
availability,
Monitor OEE, machine downtime, breakdowns & maintenance performance.

Required Candidate profile

Hands-on knowledge of TPM, OEE, preventive maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement.
Experience in monitoring and improving plant profitability and EBITDA.
