- Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the NBFC sector.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in governance processes and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on compliance status, identifying trends, risks, and recommendations for remediation.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience as a Compliance Specialist or similar role in an NBFC or financial institution.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the NBFC sector.
- Excellent English language skills (written & spoken) with ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Proven presentation skills with ability to prepare clear concise reports.
