Responsibilities

- Lead test planning and strategies for web, mobile, and database applications.
- Create test cases and acceptance criteria with product and development teams.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, database, and performance testing.
- Use basic automation to improve testing efficiency.
- Track defects, analyze results, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Improve QA processes and adopt testing best practices.
- Support production issue resolution and release activities.

Requirements

- Experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Solid knowledge of QA processes, test planning, and defect tracking.
- Basic automation and API testing experience.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- E-commerce/product-based experience is a plus.
