We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer (Senior Associate) who is excited to build, automate, and support modern cloud platforms! In this role, you will help design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power microservices-based systems. This position is well suited for someone with a strong Dev Ops foundation who is eager to grow their skills, learn from experienced engineers, and make a real impact across the software delivery lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Apply business and technical requirements to help design and implement Dev Ops and infrastructure solutions

Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions, with support and guidance from senior team members

Develop, maintain, and review Terraform modules and reusable IaC patterns to provision secure, scalable, and consistent cloud infrastructure across environments

Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Support the reliability, performance, and availability of cloud-based systems

Support Fin Ops practices by improving cloud cost visibility, enforcing tagging standards, identifying optimization opportunities, and partnering with engineering teams to reduce waste

Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions

Follow established Dev Ops practices, coding standards, and security guidelines

Take ownership of assigned work and deliver outcomes with growing independence

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Assist with troubleshooting incidents and resolving deployment or infrastructure issues

Communicate technical challenges clearly and escalate when support is needed

Actively develop technical and domain knowledge through hands-on work, training, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze business use cases and technical requirements

Build and support infrastructure for microservices-based applications

Assist with automating infrastructure deployments using IaC tools

Create and maintain Terraform code for AWS services such as VPC, IAM, S3, RDS/Aurora, Lambda, EKS, and monitoring components, following version control and review practices

Support CI/CD pipelines used by multiple development teams

Help implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve system reliability

Contribute ideas to improve existing Dev Ops tools,



pipelines, and processes

Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives using Fin Ops principles, including rightsizing, scheduled start/stop automation, storage lifecycle management, unused resource cleanup, and cost trend analysis

Work within Agile and Lean delivery methodologies

Support solutions throughout the product lifecycle, from development to deployment and operations

Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and resilience standards

Capture requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical tasks

Assist in integrating AI‐driven tooling, automation frameworks, and intelligent optimization solutions to enhance Dev Ops workflows and platform efficiency.

Provide support for cloud databases such as Client RDS, Client Aurora/Aurora PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL, and other cloud-native data services, while also working with tools like Liquibase for database versioning, AWS Step Functions for workflow orchestration, and AWS Glue for data integration and ETL automation.

Qualifications & Experience

8–12 years of professional experience in a Dev Ops, platform, cloud, or infrastructure engineering role

Professional qualification or equivalent practical experience

Experience working in a software delivery workplace

Working knowledge of cloud platforms and Dev Ops tooling

Hands-on experience with Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning, module reuse, state management, and environment promotion practices

Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD concepts

Awareness of Fin Ops practices, cloud cost governance, tagging standards, and cost optimization approaches for production and non-production environments

Curiosity, continuous learning mindset, and interest in AI-driven engineering practices.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms

Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation

Strong practical knowledge of Terraform, including modules, remote state, workspaces, providers, variables, outputs, lifecycle rules, plan/apply workflows, and code review practices

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops

Scripting experience using Python or Bash

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS experience is a plus!)

Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments

Experience using Git-based version control systems

Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting concepts

Exposure to security, governance, and compliance practices in cloud environments





Understanding of Fin Ops tools and practices such as AWS Cost Explorer, budgets, tagging hygiene, rightsizing recommendations, storage optimization, and cost-aware architecture decisions

Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Power Shell.

Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Client Code Whisperer) for automation, code generation, and operational insights.

Hands-on experience supporting Client RDS and Client Aurora, including configuration, monitoring, backups, upgrades, performance tuning, and operational troubleshooting.

AWS certification is desirable but not required
