We are looking for a skilled Service Now Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service . Management solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules and Service Now development best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and customize Service Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes
• Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designer
• Integrate Service Now with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform Service Now upgrades, patches, and application enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
• Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Required Skills:
• Solid hands-on experience in Service Now ITSM
