Role: Lead STARLIMS Developer

Location : Chennai ONE IT Park, North Block, 4th Floor, Pallavaram, Phase II, 200 Feet Radial Rd, MCN Nagar Extension, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu , India

Work Arrangement: Onsite

12+ Months Contract

Experience: 10+ years

Key Requirement:

Candidates MUST have hands-on STARLIMS development experience. Please do not submit candidates with only Lab Vantage, Lab Ware, Sample Manager, or other LIMS platforms unless they also have direct STARLIMS experience.

Required Experience:

- 10+ years of .NET and Oracle/SQL/database application development
- Strong hands-on STARLIMS experience within laboratory environments
- STARLIMS development and customization
- STARLIMS workflow configuration
- STARLIMS testing and deployment
- Requirements gathering/analysis with laboratory and business users
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- WCF and RESTful Web Services
- Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle PL/SQL
- Visual Studio
- Git, TFS, Bitbucket, or similar source control




- Jira and Confluence
- Experience troubleshooting complex application/system failures and performance issues
- Ability to lead technically, mentor developers, and work independently with business and technical stakeholders

Preferred:

- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or laboratory domain experience
- Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) experience
- Git Hub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
