Company Description: Apply Ryt is a technology-enabled job application platform that manages the end-to-end job search process on behalf of its clients. Our platform combines automated application processing with a dedicated operations team, and supports the complete client lifecycle including onboarding, subscription billing, application tracking, and internal workforce management.

Role Description: We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain the internal platform that our operations team relies on daily. This includes administrative dashboards, workforce and payroll management, recruitment and onboarding workflows, document verification, and internal communication tools.

Our operations staff work inside these systems every day, which makes this a role with immediate, visible impact. The successful candidate will deliver features end to end and will work closely with both the engineering team and the operations staff who use what they build.

This role reports to the Founder and works alongside our senior engineers, who provide technical direction and code review.

Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain internal operations tooling across administrative management, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, document verification, and internal messaging.

Deliver features end to end, covering data modelling, API development, user interface implementation, testing, and deployment.

Gather and clarify requirements directly from operations staff, and translate business processes into practical software workflows.





Build reporting and analytics views that give the operations team and leadership visibility into day-to-day performance.

Write and maintain automated tests as a standard part of the development workflow.

Participate actively in code review, both as author and reviewer.

Investigate and resolve issues raised by internal users, including triage, root cause analysis, and remediation.

Contribute to technical documentation for the systems you build and maintain.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack web development.

Solid proficiency in Type Script and React, with production experience in Next.js.

Experience building REST APIs in a Node.js setting.

Working knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimisation.

Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS.

Demonstrated ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and validate delivered work.

Familiarity with Git-based collaborative development workflows and code review practices.

Strong attention to detail, particularly when working on systems that handle financial or personnel data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building internal tools, administrative interfaces, or business operations software.

Exposure to AWS services, particularly DynamoDB and S3.

Experience with data visualisation libraries such as Recharts or D3.

Background in HR, payroll, workforce management, or comparable operational domains.

Working knowledge of Python, for integration with adjacent backend services.
