Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Consulting & Solutioning professional to drive end-to-end solution design, presales support, consulting engagements, and digital transformation initiatives leveraging the Service Now platform. The candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, delivery organizations, and Service Now stakeholders to define roadmaps, architect solutions, and enable successful platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Advisory

- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and transformation priorities.
- Conduct workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for Service Now-led modernization.
- Develop Service Now adoption roadmaps, business cases, and transformation strategies.
- Advise clients on platform governance, operating models, and best practices.

Solutioning & Architecture

- Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Service Now solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Lead solution architecture for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, Sec Ops, GRC, and custom applications.
- Define integration strategies with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, and third-party tools.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture documents, and implementation approaches.

Presales & Business Development

- Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and client presentations.
- Develop effort estimations, solution sizing, and pricing models.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and expand Service Now footprint within existing accounts.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, value workshops, and executive presentations.

Delivery Governance





- Provide architectural oversight during implementation and transformation projects.
- Review solution designs, technical deliverables, and deployment plans.
- Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and governance standards.
- Support risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

Practice Development

- Develop reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, and solution offerings.
- Mentor solution architects, consultants, and developers.
- Stay updated on Service Now product innovations and industry trends.
- Contribute to capability building, certifications, and go-to-market initiatives.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in the Service Now platform architecture and capabilities.
- Hands on experience across min 3 modules:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Security Operations (Sec Ops)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- CMDB/CSDM
- Telecom Service Management (TSM)
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, workflows, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise architecture principles.

Consulting Skills

- Business process consulting and transformation experience.
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Solution estimation and commercial modeling.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-15+ years of IT consulting and enterprise solutioning experience.
- 5+ years of Service Now consulting/architecture experience.
- Service Now certifications ( must have ):
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Min 3 certifications - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (positive to have)
- Certified Master Architect (CMA) (good to have)
