We are looking for a skilled AI Prompt Engineer to design, test, optimise, and manage prompts for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and other LLMs .

The ideal candidate should have strong prompt engineering, research, content, SEO, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce accurate, consistent, and high-quality AI outputs for business and digital marketing applications.

Job Details

Role: AI Project Engineer

Location: Remote

Experience : 2 years

Salary: 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA (₹20,000 to ₹30,000)

Employment Type: Part-time

Working Hours: From 6:30 a.m. IST to support Australian business hours

Working Days: Mon-Fri/Sat

Start Date : Immediate

Remote Work Requirements: Candidates must have their own laptop/computer, Internet and a quiet place.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for different AI platforms and business use cases.
- Create structured prompts for content writing, SEO, digital marketing, research, social media, customer communication, and internal workflows.
- Develop reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and standard operating procedures for different teams.
- Experiment with different prompting techniques such as role prompting, few-shot prompting, structured prompting, chain-based workflows, and context-based prompting.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, tone, consistency, originality, and quality.
- Identify and correct issues such as AI hallucinations, inaccurate information, repetition, bias, plagiarism, and irrelevant responses.
- Improve prompts through continuous testing and performance comparison.
- Work with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and other Generative AI tools.




- Use AI tools to assist with keyword research, content ideation, competitor research, SEO analysis, marketing campaigns, and audience research.
- Create prompts that generate content aligned with brand guidelines, target audiences, and business objectives.
- Perform fact-checking and validate important AI-generated information before publication or implementation.
- Collaborate with content writers, SEO teams, digital marketers, designers, developers, and management.
- Explore new AI tools, LLM features, automation platforms, and emerging Generative AI technologies.
- Document successful prompts, workflows, experiments, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and reduce repetitive manual tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure responsible use of company and customer information when working with AI platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong practical experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar Generative AI platforms .
- Strong prompt-writing and prompt-optimisation skills.
- Ability to write clear, detailed, structured, and context-rich instructions for AI systems.
- Positive understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts .
- Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs.
- Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written English, grammar, communication, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of AI limitations including hallucination, bias, duplication, inaccurate information, and over-reliance on AI.
- Ability to combine AI-generated insights with human judgement and business objectives.
- Experience creating reusable prompts and AI workflows.




- Ability to test multiple prompt variations and identify the most effective approach.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI-powered SEO, marketing, analytics, or content tools.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier,N8N, Make, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs and AI integrations will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of prompt libraries, custom GPTs, AI agents, or workflow automation will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Python, JSON, or technical integrations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with AI-generated text, images, research, data, or marketing campaigns will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Relevant practical experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
- Previous experience in AI, content writing, SEO, digital marketing, research, automation, or technology-related roles will be preferred.
