We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Technical Senior Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), ABAP and MDG technical development/configuration.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring MDG solutions, supporting implementation and migration projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enhancements for SAP MDG applications.
- Configure and develop MDG solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on Data Modelling, UI Modelling and Process Modelling.
- Configure Change Requests, process steps and workflows.
- Develop and support data replication using ALE/IDocs and related techniques.
- Troubleshoot MDG errors and technical issues.
- Develop solution prototypes when required.
- Review, test and validate technical developments.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for SAP MDG applications.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Support UAT, go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Work on master-data domains including Material, Customer, Vendor, GL, Profit Center, Cost Center and BOM.
- Support S/4HANA migration and related MDG activities.
- Provide technical guidance on SAP MDG capabilities.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E. degree.
- 5–7 years of overall SAP experience.
- 4+ years of relevant SAP MDG experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementation projects.
- Experience with one or more MDG master-data domains.
- Experience supporting UAT and go-live.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA migration projects.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience across multiple MDG master-data domains.
- MDG technical architecture and solution prototyping.
- L2/L3 production support experience.
- Exposure to large-scale SAP transformation programs.
