Engineer II: 3-5 Years, 12 LPA fixed
Engineer III: 5-7 Years, 24 LPA fixed
Engineer IV:7-15 Years, 30 LPA fixed
- Java: Core Java with Java 17+ / recent versions
- Frontend: React experience
- Cloud: Hands-on AWS and application deployment
- Database: PostgreSQL / SQL
- Backend: REST APIs, Kafka, microservices and CI/CD
- AI: Mandatory experience using at least one AI tool in development
- Agentic AI: AI agents/Agentic AI experience is a robust plus
- Hands-on: Ability to build applications from scratch and independently deliver requirements
