Process: US E-Commerce

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Nyati Emporius, Baner, Pune

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Login: 8 hours net login

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Chat and Email Support.
- Assist US customers with product, order, delivery and purchase-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Handle voice interactions whenever required.
- Provide accurate and customer-friendly information.
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in the CRM.
- Follow company SOPs and client-specific guidelines.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience and service quality.

Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory – Any stream.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English speaking and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Good listening and comprehension skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
