Designation: Customer/Seller Support Executive

Hiring Details

· Process: Email Process/Blended/Chat

· Location: Pune, Kharadi Bypass

· Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

· Shift: Rotational Shifts

· Week Off: Rotational

· Cab Facility: Both-way cab facility available

Job Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries and provide effective resolutions through customer support.
- Assist E-Commerce Business sellers with account, order, payment, listing, and other platform-related concerns.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot them, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and meet process SLAs.




- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate Eligibility

· Candidates from E-commerce Seller Support / International Experience

· B2 communication is required.

· Both International and Domestic customer service experience into e-commerce will be considered.

· If the Candidate is from a non-e-commerce background then B2+ communication is required, and the candidate should have International Customer Service experience.

Selection Process:

HR Interview → Operations Interview → Written Versant Assessment

- Work from Office – Pune.
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
