We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Chat – E-commerce Seller Support process. Candidates with prior experience in International Voice & Chat processes are preferred, especially those with experience in e-commerce/seller support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle seller queries through international chat support.
- Assist e-commerce sellers with account, order, payment, listing, and platform-related concerns.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain professional and customer-focused communication.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and process SLAs.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process.
- Experience in e-commerce processes is preferred.
- Seller Support experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from any industry/domain with relevant seller support experience can apply.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from office in Pune.
