Junior .NET Developer – Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Fresher / Entry-Level Software Developer with a strong foundation in .NET, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SQL, and Python.

The ideal candidate should have good programming fundamentals, a willingness to learn new technologies, and an interest in developing enterprise applications, automation solutions, and AI-enabled applications.

You will work closely with experienced developers and technical leads to design, develop, test, and support software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain applications using .NET / C#.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts to build clean and maintainable code.
- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
- Develop basic scripts and utilities using Python.
- Understand business and technical requirements and convert them into software solutions.
- Participate in coding, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Follow coding standards, version control, and software development best practices.
- Work with senior developers to troubleshoot production and development issues.
- Learn and work with modern technologies such as APIs, cloud, automation, AI, and Agentic AI.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of .NET / C# fundamentals.
- Robust understanding of OOP concepts, including:
- Classes and Objects




- Inheritance
- Encapsulation
- Polymorphism
- Abstraction
- Good programming and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL.
- Basic to good understanding of Python.
- Understanding of relational databases and database concepts.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git / Git Hub is preferred.
- Good analytical and debugging skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and work with new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.E / B. Tech / MCA / M. Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Academic projects or personal projects using C#, .NET, SQL, or Python.
- Familiarity with ASP.NET Core / Web API is a plus.
- Exposure to Azure or any cloud platform is an advantage.
- Exposure to Power Platform, RPA, AI/ML, or Agentic AI is a plus.
- Participation in coding competitions, hackathons, Git Hub projects, or technical communities is desirable.
