Job Requirements*

6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Strong expertise in Python libraries including requests, asyncio, structured logging, debugging, and code optimization.

Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.

Hands-on experience with:

- Meraki Dashboard API
- Datadog API
- Pager Duty Events API v2
- Service Now REST/Table APIs

Strong understanding of event-driven automation frameworks and architectures.

Experience implementing:

- Idempotency mechanisms




- Retry and backoff strategies
- Rate-limit handling
- Dead Letter Queue (DLQ) patterns

Experience working with Datadog monitors, pipelines, event processors, and alert automation.

Experience with Pager Duty incident automation workflows.

Experience integrating Service Now Incident Management and CMDB platforms.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD platforms such as Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, or Azure Dev Ops.

Solid understanding of JSON schemas, payload mapping, API contracts, and correlation identifiers.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
