Position Overview :-

As a Service Now Developer, you will be part of LMTEQ’s Service Now Center of Excellence (CoE), delivering scalable solutions for global clients. You will design, develop, customize, integrate, and enhance Service Now applications across multiple modules. The role involves translating business requirements into secure, high-quality platform solutions while following Service Now best practices. You will collaborate with architects, project teams, and stakeholders to drive successful implementations and continuous platform improvement.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Develop and configure Service Now applications across ITSM and other Service Now modules.
- Work on at least TWO Service Now modules with hands-on implementation/development experience.
- Support integrations between Service Now and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.




- Implement UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Script Includes.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Work with Project Managers, Architects, and Pre-sales teams on client solutions, demos, and POCs.
- Contribute to reusable components and accelerators for LMTEQ’s Service Now practice.

Required Skills :-

- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Service Now development.
- Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in at least TWO Service Now modules.
- Strong understanding of ITSM modules.
- Experience in one or more additional modules such as HRSD, ITOM, GRC, FSM, ITAM, Sec Ops, or App Engine.
- Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, Service Now scripting, Glide APIs, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work in client-facing engagements.

Certifications :-

- Service Now CSA and CAD certifications (Must Have).
- CIS certification in ITSM, CSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, Sec Ops, or other relevant modules is highly preferred.
