We are looking for an ALM Platform Support Engineer (L3) with solid experience in enterprise Dev Ops/ALM platform support.

Must-Have Skills:

✅ Git Lab Administration & L3 Support

✅ Sonar Qube

✅ JFrog Artifactory

✅ CI/CD Pipeline Troubleshooting

✅ ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management

✅ Linux/Unix & Shell/Python Scripting

✅ REST APIs & Webhooks

✅ Log Analysis & RCA

Good to Have:

Polarion / ALM Platforms

AWS

Docker / Kubernetes

Terraform / Ansible

Monitoring & Observability
