Job Title - Senior Architect

Role Description Role & responsibilities:

A. Designing and Drafting

- Design residential and commercial buildings in compliance with municipal regulations, signing off on plans as necessary.
- Strong command of design software including AutoCAD 3D, Sketch Up, and BOQ software.

B. Project Management and Execution

- Manage projects from design through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage all project documentation, including working drawings, structural drawings, and sales materials.




- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of final outputs.

C. Site Supervision & Coordination

- Oversee the process of design approvals, incorporating feedback from site execution teams and design consultants.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, site engineers, in-house engineers, and external consultants.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project progress as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- Valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and advanced tools such as 3D Max, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and BIM.
- In-depth knowledge of design standards, industry regulations, MEP, and structural design coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
