CTC: Upto 10 LPA

Job Description:-

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Must-have:

- 2+ years current US Mortgage Underwriting experience
- Robust Non-QM + DSCR underwriting experience
- Experience with DSCR calculations




- Alternative income/documentation: Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, ITIN, 1099, P&L; Only
- Knowledge of investor/secondary-market guidelines
- Exposure to DU / LP
- Graduate in any discipline
- Willing to work from office in Navi Mumbai

Good-to-have:

- ATR/QM, TRID, RESPA, TILA, HMDA, HOEPA knowledge
- Manual underwriting
- Post-closing/audit experience
- Experience handling complex income, credit, asset and collateral analysis
