About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the interior design development and execution of our luxury residential projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ultra-luxury residential interiors, high-rise real estate developments and premium residential projects, with the ability to take projects from design concept through execution while maintaining a high standard of design intent and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the interior design of luxury residential developments, including sample flats, lobbies, entrances, amenities and premium residences.
- Develop design concepts, space planning, mood boards and presentation documents.
- Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings, joinery details, ceiling plans, flooring layouts and interior specifications.
- Select and finalize premium materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and décor in line with project positioning and brand standards.




- Review shop drawings, mock-ups and material samples to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor design implementation and resolve execution-related challenges.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors and internal project teams to ensure smooth design execution.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams for sample flats, experience centres and marketing collateral.
- Ensure design deliverables are aligned with project specifications, timelines, budgets and applicable quality standards.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's / Diploma / Master's degree in Interior Design from a recognized institute.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in ultra-luxury residential projects and high-rise real estate developments.
- Solid understanding of luxury residential interiors, materials, finishes, detailing and execution.
- Proven experience in taking interior design concepts through working drawings and on-site execution.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential interiors delivered for real estate developments.
- Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, design sensibility and ability to maintain high quality standards.
