- Strong experience in Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot framework
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing Microservices architectures
- Expertise in REST API development and integration
- Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops/Jenkins)
- Solid understanding of design patterns, OOPs, and system design principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with API Gateway (Spring Cloud Gateway, Kong, Apigee)
- Knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security)
- BFSI/Insurance domain experience (preferred for RLG programs)
- Experience in distributed systems and resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Retry, etc.)
- Familiarity with Dev SecOps practices
