Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for an Image Consultant and Soft Skill Trainer. The Image Coach should be available minimum 4 days in a week. The role involves conducting individual and group sessions on image management, style, and personal branding, tailored to the needs of diverse clients. The professional will design and deliver soft skills training programs, including communication, interpersonal skills, and professional etiquette, aligned with IPIM’s standards. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, preparing training materials and presentations, providing constructive feedback, and tracking developmental progress.

The role involves delivering and coordinating Employability Enhancement Programs across various colleges. The assigned responsibilities will include:

- Personal Branding – Helping students build and communicate a strong personal brand.
- Communication Skills – Enhancing verbal, non-verbal, and professional communication.




- Corporate Etiquette – Developing professional behaviour, workplace etiquette, and overall presence.
- Resume Building – Guiding students in creating effective, industry-ready resumes.
- Linked In Profile Development – Helping students create and optimise professional Linked In profiles.
- One-to-One Mock Interviews – Conducting individual mock interviews and providing personalised feedback.
- AI Readiness – Introducing students to relevant AI tools and helping them understand how AI can be effectively used for career development and workplace readiness.

The overall objective is to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, making students more confident, professional, and career-ready.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Image Consulting skills to guide clients on appearance, grooming, wardrobe, and personal branding.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to assess client needs, propose tailored solutions, and support long-term transformation plans.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct engaging sessions, provide clear feedback, and build rapport with diverse participants.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to design curricula, deliver workshops, and facilitate interactive learning for individuals and groups.
- Relevant experience in image management, soft skills training, or coaching in educational or corporate settings is beneficial.
- A certification or formal education in Image Consulting, Training, Psychology, Communication, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on weekends, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality is essential.
- Fluency in English and regional languages, solid presentation skills, and a client-centric approach will be advantageous.
