Responsibilities

- Experience in designing and implementing decision strategy framework solutions within Pega platforms 8.x.
- Experience in developing Strategy, Proposition, Offer flow, Data Flow, Treatment, When Rules, adaptive or predictive or score card models, volume constraints, reports in Pega Marketing 8.X
- Must have Pega Marketing / Decisioning certifications and Understanding of Campaign Management tools & processes
- Development using Pega NBA Designer
- Certification in Pega certified decisioning Consultant

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent communication skills
- 15+ years of regular, full time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)
- Graduate/ Post-graduate degree
