Key Requirements

- B. Com. (Mandatory) + LLB/M. Com./MBA (Finance)/CA
- 3–5 years of experience in NGOs, Trusts, or Foundations only
- Strong knowledge of finance, legal compliance, budgeting, and operations management
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder social development programs
- Understanding of SDGs, ESG, SROI, and impact measurement frameworks
- Robust MIS, reporting, and presentation skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- English and Gujarati proficiency is mandatory
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution of SRKKF's social development programs aligned with SDGs
- Drive budgeting, financial planning,



and resource allocation while ensuring financial accountability
- Oversee MIS, reporting, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage legal, audit, statutory, social, and financial compliance across all programs
- Build and strengthen relationships with government bodies, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, CSR partners, and community stakeholders
- Establish robust monitoring and evaluation systems using SROI, ESG, and SDG frameworks
- Leverage technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and program impact
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, mission-driven teams
