Job Summary

/n

Devyani International Limited (DIL) is looking for a Manager Projects (Civil) to lead the execution of interior fit-out projects across all brands. The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Lead the execution and delivery of interior fit-out projects for QSR, restaurants, retail, and commercial spaces.

/n

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across assigned regions.

/n

- Coordinate with Design, MEP, Procurement, Business Development, Operations, consultants, landlords, and contractors.

/n

- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, project budgets, and Capex.

/n

- Oversee execution of civil and interior works, including brickwork, plastering, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, false ceilings, woodwork, wall finishes, and associated MEP works.

/n

- Drive project planning, scheduling,



quality control, and timely handover to operations.

/n

- Monitor contractor performance, project progress, costs, and compliance with specifications.

/n

- Conduct site inspections, resolve execution challenges, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

/n

- Prepare project progress reports and present updates during leadership review meetings.

/n

- Lead and mentor project teams while ensuring effective stakeholder management.

/n

Desired Candidate Profile

/n

/n

- B. Tech in Civil Engineering or B. Arch.

/n

- 5-8 years of experience in project execution for QSR, restaurants, retail, hospitality, or commercial interior fit-outs.

/n

- Experience in handling regional/multi-location rollout projects.

/n

- Solid knowledge of civil construction, interior finishing, and MEP coordination.

/n

- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings, prepare estimates, and manage project budgets.

/n

- Proven experience in contractor and vendor management.

/n

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

/n

- Willingness to travel across India.
