Full-Stack Engineer with demonstrated expertise in Type Script, Node.js/Java, and React. The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience with Postgres, Dev Ops practices, and a proven ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Type Script, Node.js, and React.

/n

Contribute to backend services and APIs in Node.js/Java.

/n

Design and optimize Postgres database schemas, queries, and performance.

/n

Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications in compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR as applicable).

/n

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders – Product, QA - to deliver high-quality outcomes.

/n

Produce clean, maintainable, and adaptable code that facilitates seamless feature additions.

/n

Engage in technical discussions and structured knowledge sharing.

/n

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues efficiently.

/n

Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into development practices where appropriate.

/n

Qualifications

/n





5+ years of skilled software development experience.

/n

Strong proficiency in Type Script, Node.js/Java, and React.

/n

Working knowledge of Java and its related frameworks.

/n

Experience with SQL databases, preferably Postgres.

/n

Knowledge with Git Hub Actions (CI/CD) and AWS cloud services.

/n

Solid understanding of both functional and object-oriented programming paradigms, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world contexts.

/n

Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

/n

Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.

/n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven effectiveness in agile environments.

/n

Preferred Skills

/n

Knowledge of software design principles and design patterns, with applied experience in scalable and maintainable systems.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).

/n

Familiarity with frontend optimization and accessibility best practices.

/n

Prior exposure to healthcare domain applications and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR).

/n

Proficiency in leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity.

The candidate should be willing to work with different tech stacks as needed.

Domain knowledge in billing, revenue, and payments systems is an added advantage.
