We are looking for 2 solid Service Now Architects to lead enterprise Service Now architecture, solution design, integrations, platform governance, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Define scalable Service Now platform and solution architecture across enterprise initiatives.
- Lead technical design, configuration, customization, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Establish Service Now architecture standards, design patterns, governance, and best practices.
- Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and App Engine.
- Lead integrations using REST APIs, Java Script, Integration Hub, and other enterprise integration technologies.
- Design workflows, data models, security frameworks, and process automation.
- Support platform upgrades, health monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, functional teams, and technical leadership.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong Service Now Architecture experience
- Advanced Service Now configuration and customization
- Java Script, REST APIs, integrations
- ITSM with exposure to ITOM / ITAM
- Workflow and process optimization
- Service Now security, data modeling, performance tuning, and governance
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management

Preferred: Service Now certifications such as CIS, CAD, or CTA and exposure to Service Now AI/automation capabilities.
