About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with prospective students/parents through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
2. Understand students' educational needs, career goals, and learning requirements.
3. Explain the company's courses, programs, learning solutions, and benefits clearly to prospective customers.
4. Generate and qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
5. Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified prospects into enrollments/admissions.
6. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹16,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
