Key responsibilities:

1. Source and screen candidates for various technical positions through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
2. Understand technical job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
3. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
4. Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates' communication skills, interest, and suitability for the role.
5. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with candidates and internal hiring teams.
6. Manage the complete end-to-end technical recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and offer closure.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
