Location – Powai, Mumbai.

- Power BI support and enhancement track within the managed services engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review and guide enhancements to existing reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues in published reports and propose fixes or optimizations.
- Manage SLAs for incident resolution, service requests, and minor change requests.
- Maintain report documentation, versioning, and change logs.
- Coordinate with the data engineering team for backend data issues or model changes (e.g., gold/platinum layer).
- Support performance tuning, governance, and best practice adoption.




- Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requests.
- Support day-to-day issue resolution, including report data mismatches, broken visuals, or refresh failures.
- Perform minor modifications such as adding recent visuals, KPIs, filters, or measures to existing reports.
- Collaborate with data engineers and testers to validate enhancements.
- Maintain report versions, documentation, and track change requests.
- Assist in data model tuning and refresh optimization
