Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Job Overview

Role: Manage customer relationships through calls and digital channels and promote suitable banking products.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and assist customers.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Handle calls, queries, and complaints.
- Build solid customer relationships and retain customers.
- Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Follow banking rules and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

- Any graduate except B.Tech/BE.
- Freshers can apply (0–1 year experience preferred).

Skills Required

- Good English communication.
- Knowledge of basic banking products.
- Customer service and sales skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to build customer relationships.

Language

English is mandatory + any one of Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
