POSITION SUMMARY

An apprentice is a fresh graduate who will be provided training on specific functions. Under the supervision of a team leader, he/she is expected to be well-versed in concepts, understand the use of tools, and apply theoretical knowledge in practice.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

v Understand the basics of Accounts Payable and Travel Expenses Process.

v Understand processes through training and detailed instructions.

v Apply training knowledge through tools and techniques in processes.

v Gain operational knowledge of systems and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

v Identify operational issues and notify seniors.

v Process, verify, account for, and make payments for vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.

v Perform account reconciliations and address vendor enquiries.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

v Good accounting knowledge

v Well-versed in MS Office software

v Knowledge of Tally, GST, SEZ, and TDS compliance.





v Assist seniors in the team with month-end activities and audits.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

2025–2026 pass-out with a minimum 60% aggregate in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Administration, or Management.
