We are hiring for a native or permanent resident of Lucknow living in nearby areas of Alambagh as Customer Relationship Executive who can take care of the sales through our Associates from our head office over phone calls in to their assigned areas.

Require work experience and qualification:-

- FRESHER
- MBA-Marketing only (without MBA in Marketing other degrees are not require)

- Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.

Job role and responsibilities:-

- To make communication with our Associates.




- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.
- Finding out their problems and should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by him/her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.

Salary:- Rs.15,000 - 20,000/- per month + Incentives + other benefits.

INTERVIEW WILL HELD AT THE HEAD OFFICE LUCKNOW ONLY IN FACE TO FACE MODE NOT VIRTUALLY.
