Job SummaryThe Student Support is responsible for assisting students with academic, administrative, and personal queries to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience. The role involves guiding students, resolving issues, and acting as a bridge between students and the institution.Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, policies, and procedures
- Resolve student issues and escalate complex concerns to relevant departments
- Support students with technical issues related to learning platforms (for online programs)
- Coordinate with faculty, administration, and other teams to ensure student needs are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills




- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, or learning platforms)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Empathy and a student-first mindset

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Experience in education, customer support, or counseling
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to handle high-volume queries
