Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Automation & BMS Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training in industrial automation technologies and Building Management Systems (BMS). The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to train students through hands-on projects and industry-oriented applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical training on Industrial Automation and BMS.
- Train students on PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, DCS, and control systems.
- Provide training on BMS concepts, architecture, controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, practical demonstrations, and industrial projects.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Explain industrial control systems, automation processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Guide students in project development and technical implementation.
- Conduct assessments, practical tests, and evaluate student performance.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.
- Support students with technical doubts and career-oriented guidance.
- Coordinate with the academic and technical teams to ensure effective course delivery.

Technical Skills Required

- PLC:



Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta or equivalent.
- SCADA: WinCC / Wonderware / Ignition or equivalent.
- HMI: Configuration and programming.
- VFD: Setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
- DCS: Basic understanding and practical knowledge.
- Industrial Communication: Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.
- BMS: HVAC control, lighting control, access control, fire alarm interface, and energy monitoring.
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX or other BMS protocols will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical control panels and industrial instrumentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant industrial or training experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Industrial Automation and/or BMS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to conduct practical sessions and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to handle project guidance and student assessments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
