Project Manager + Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager + Business Analyst to manage end-to-end project delivery while handling business analysis and stakeholder management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both project management and requirement analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, QA, and other teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint activities.
- Manage and prioritize project/product backlog.
- Coordinate UAT and ensure requirements are successfully delivered.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and as per quality standards.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience with UAT, risk management, change management, and project planning.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

- PMP / CSM / PMI-ACP certification.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and software development processes.
- Experience in SaaS, BFSI, FinTech, or enterprise applications.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
