Key Responsibilities :

- Be the first point of contact for learners reaching out via Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads & landing pages
- Respond to queries promptly and ensure every learner gets a proper resolution
- Coordinate with Sales, Academic, Operations & other teams to close issues end-to-end
- Track queries, maintain records, and share insights on recurring learner concerns
- Own the learner experience — from first message to final resolution

Wʜᴀᴛ ᴡᴇ'ʀᴇ ʟᴏᴏᴋɪɴɢ ꜰᴏʀ:
✔Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
✔Solid follow-up, coordination & customer-handling skills
✔Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel & multi-channel communication
✔0–3 years of experience in customer support, learner support, inside sales support, or similar roles (freshers with the right attitude are welcome!)
✔Bonus: Experience with CRM, ticketing tools, WhatsApp, or social media inboxes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
