BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA) – MANJERIJob Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Manjeri team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling students and parents, following up with prospects, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound student leads.
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Generate leads through referrals, seminars, events, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with Academic, Marketing,



and Sales teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and conversion reports.

Requirements

- Any Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Education Counselling is an advantage.
- Excellent Malayalam communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
