Job Summary:

The DSA Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to achieve sales targets for various financial products, including loans, credit cards, and insurance. This role involves recruiting, training, engaging, and monitoring the performance of DSAs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The DSA Manager will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market reach and customer base through an effective DSA network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of Direct Selling Agents.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for individual DSAs and the team, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to DSAs to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
- Monitor DSA performance closely, analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.




- Ensure all DSA activities comply with internal company policies, ethical standards, and relevant financial regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines, IRDAI norms).
- Conduct regular market visits with DSAs to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and provide on-the-ground support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, fostering a motivated and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with product teams, marketing, and operations to provide feedback on product features, promotional campaigns, and process improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and market insights to senior management.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the DSA team or with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in financial regulations to adapt strategies accordingly.
