We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage, guide, and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team performance, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in a leadership role)
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on results
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
