Ensure smooth guest service during high-footfall meal timings.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service counters, dining areas, and service equipment.

Coordinate with kitchen teams for timely food pickup and service flow.

Monitor food presentation, portion control, and service quality standards.

Assist in banquet, event, and outdoor catering service operations when required.

Handle service equipment, trays, crockery, and cutlery properly.

Follow grooming, hygiene, and service SOPs at all times.

Support senior service staff and supervisors in operational activities.

Ensure proper clearing and resetting of dining/service areas.
