Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Continental Chef / Continental Cook / Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Chennai.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Continental cuisine, Western cuisine, restaurant kitchen operations, food preparation, cooking, plating and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Continental and Western dishes according to standard recipes.
- Prepare pasta, pizza, sandwiches, salads, soups, sauces and main-course dishes.
- Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.
- Handle daily Continental kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain proper food storage and reduce food wastage.
- Coordinate with the Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Continental Kitchen / Western Kitchen.
- Experience as Continental Chef,



Commis Chef, CDP, Demi Chef or Continental Cook will be considered.
- Good knowledge of Continental food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, cafés or hospitality industry preferred.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
