- Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure the productive and safe functioning of the solar farm
- Responsible for maximizing plant uptime
- Manage a team of technicians and coordinate with various stakeholders to optimize performance and maximize energy production
- Frequent visits to sites to oversee operations and maintenance activities
- Plant Monitoring & Performance
- Ensuring electrical safety compliance
- Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV assets
- Maintain maintenance logbooks, breakdown reports, and daily energy generation records
- Staying updated about new technologies, industry standards and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
