IT Admin / IT Manager – Systems & Technical Support

Jamsons Group is looking for a highly motivated and technically solid IT Admin / IT Manager to manage and support our growing business operations across retail stores, distribution, service centers, and corporate offices.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling hardware, networking, ERP, CRM, software management, cybersecurity, and day-to-day IT support while helping build strong IT systems for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV systems, and IT assets.

✔ Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.

✔ Handle ERP, CRM, attendance systems, POS software, and other business applications.

✔ Manage Microsoft 365, emails, user accounts, and access controls.

✔ Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and system security.

✔ Coordinate with software vendors and IT service providers.

✔ Support all Jamsons locations with technical issues.

✔ Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking systems.

✔ Create and implement IT SOPs and best practices.

✔ Train employees on software and technology usage.

Requirements





Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or IT Support.

Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, ERP, and CRM systems.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and locations.

Preferred

✔ Experience in retail, distribution, or multi-location businesses.

✔ Knowledge of cloud systems, cybersecurity, and database management.

✔ Experience with ERP implementation and support.
