Position: Supervisor – Seafood Processing Plant
Location: Palluruthy, Kochi
Industry: Seafood Processing

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily seafood processing and production activities.
- Manage workers and allocate duties according to production requirements.
- Monitor processing, cleaning, packing, and storage operations.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
- Monitor production targets and minimize wastage.
- Maintain basic production records and coordinate with management.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

Requirements:

- Experience in seafood processing, food production, or a similar industry preferred.
- Good team handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 onwards, based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
